DTCC aims to provide a safe, positive experience and creating a culture where people can thrive irrespective of gender, ethnicity, disability, or background.
At DTCC we believe that everyone should be able to say “cricket is a game for me”.
The club will comply with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its employees, members, and volunteers adhere to these requirements and this policy. There are eight protected characteristics that apply, and these are:

- Ensuring individuals working within cricket at, or for, our club provide a welcoming, safe, and fun experience for children
